Video Release & Publication
Every featured business leader signs a Video Release & Property Agreement before recording. That agreement grants ArlingtonBlack.com the right to record, edit, and publish video footage of the business leader and their business premises across the ArlingtonBlack podcast, YouTube channel, social media, and website. In return, the business leader receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the finished episode on their own channels. Publication does not proceed until the featured business leader has reviewed and approved the final edit.
